1.1 Introduction: Seven Solstice, doing business as PenPod ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), is a company registered in Singapore. Our primary service is a Notion integration that allows users to write in Notion and publish on blog platforms.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our services, including our website http://www.penpod.so (the "Site") and related products and services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
1.3 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms and will provide notice of these changes as described in the document. Continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
1.4 Age Requirement: Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use or register for our services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership: We own or license all intellectual property rights in our services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
2.2 Use of Our Services: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, or internal business purpose only.
2.3 Restrictions: No part of our services, including Content and Marks, may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
3. User Representations
- Your registration information is accurate and complete.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
- You will not access our services through automated or non-human means, such as bots or scripts.
- You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. User Registration
4.1 Account Creation: You may be required to register with our services to access certain features. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to update this information as it changes to maintain its accuracy.
4.2 Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4.3 Account Security: PenPod cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
4.4 Account Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as passwords.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of our services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to our services.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our services or the networks connected to our services.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
- Use our services as part of any effort to compete with us or use our services and content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
- Share or Sell PenPod Writing Blueprints: You may not distribute, sell, or disclose any writing blueprints, story archetypes, chatGPT prompts, or any other materials provided to you as part of our services ("PenPod Materials") to any third party. These materials are for your personal use only and are proprietary to PenPod.
- Reproduce or Copy PenPod Materials: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the PenPod Materials, use of the PenPod Materials, or access to the PenPod Materials without express written permission from us.
6. User Generated Contributions
6.1 Contribution Ownership: You retain ownership rights in the content, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials (collectively, "Contributions") you create, upload, post, send, receive, or store on or through our services.
6.2 Contribution License: By creating, uploading, posting, sending, receiving, storing, or otherwise making available any Contributions on or through our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display your Contributions in connection with our services.
7. Third-Party Websites and Content
7.1 Links to Third Parties: Our services may contain links to third-party websites and services, including social media services, that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, services, or products.

8. Site Management
- Monitor our services for violations of these Legal Terms.
- Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities.
- Manage our services to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of our services.

9.1 Personal Information: PenPod commits to respecting the privacy of users. We collect and use personal information only to provide and improve our services. We will not sell or share your data with any external parties except as required to provide our services.
9.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to secure your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
10. Modifications and Interruptions
10.1 Service Changes: We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of our services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services without notice at any time.
10.2 No Liability for Interruptions: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Termination Rights: These terms remain in full force and effect while you use our services. We may suspend or terminate your rights to use our services at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Legal Terms.
11.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your account and right to access and use our services will cease immediately. You understand that any termination may involve deletion of your Contributions associated with your account.
12. Governing Law
12.1 Jurisdiction: These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Singapore. PenPod and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement will be settled by arbitration in Singapore according to the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
14. Corrections
14.1 Error Reporting: There may be information on our services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information at any time, without prior notice.
16. Refunds and Cancellations
16.1 Refund Policy: PenPod values customer satisfaction. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for 60 days following your subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a full refund.
16.2 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription to PenPod at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to PenPod features for the duration of the subscription period you have already paid for. After this period, your access to premium features will be revoked.
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: While we strive to provide a high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations or operate flawlessly at all times. PenPod is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind.
17.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PenPod, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
18. Indemnification
18.1 Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PenPod, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of PenPod, including, but not limited to, your Contributions, any use of PenPod's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.
